\begin{itemize}
\item All the formulas and variables are to be put in maths format:
\item[] The variables should be put as $u, v$, subscripted variables as $a_i, a_j$, etc.
\item Equation without equation number as:
\item[] \[ s= \sum_{i=0}^{n}\]
\item With equation number as:
\item[] \begin{equation}
s= \sum_{i=0}^{n}
\end{equation}
\item Text is not aligned at many places
\item Figures are too large. You can reduce it by scale:
\item[]% \includegraphics[scale=0.7]{figurefilename}
\item In many cases the references included are only the website names. Include the relevant articles as references, and in a proper format.
\item Some people have kept the old matter (template matter) in a part as it is, e.g., the equation ``sin .. + cos...'' !! This has no relation to your article !!
\item Almost 40-50\% weight is whether the article is in proper format or not?
\item You can always download tutorial guide for latex. There are latex forums, from where you can query small problem, e.g., ``How to represent the matrices in latex?''.
\item Discuss about the format and contents with friends to improve on it.
\item Any kind of copying (plagiarism) shall be electronically checked. Both the groups sharing the contents shall be at disadvantage.
\end{itemize}
